01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bigbunn website located at bigbunn.net and all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and related services operated by bigbunn (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies that form part of the agreement between you and bigbunn, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between those supplementary documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

bigbunn reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to open and maintain a bigbunn account and participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bigbunn or any affiliated company.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in the interest of, any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the bigbunn Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under any form of compulsion or impairment.

bigbunn conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification before withdrawals are processed and may be asked to provide proof of age and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Philippine Regulatory Context

bigbunn operates with awareness of the Philippine gaming regulatory environment administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and related regulatory bodies. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their place of residence or access.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) bigbunn account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a bigbunn account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines (such as addresses in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or any other city or province), valid email address, and a mobile number registered to a Philippine network. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bigbunn account credentials, including your username and password. bigbunn will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify bigbunn support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Verification (KYC)

bigbunn reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS card), a proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and a selfie with the submitted ID. Accounts that fail KYC verification will not be permitted to make withdrawals and may be restricted from gameplay pending successful verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bigbunn supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via GCash or PayMaya.
• Deposit limits may be adjusted by bigbunn at its discretion or at the player's request for responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bigbunn does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits that cannot be verified or are flagged for suspicious activity may be held pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours.
• bigbunn reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be made to an account held in the same name as the registered bigbunn account.
• bigbunn is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or force majeure events.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bigbunn offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• bigbunn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as explicitly permitted by the specific bonus terms.
• bigbunn reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused bonus terms, engaged in bonus hunting, or attempted to circumvent the intent of any promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless bigbunn explicitly states otherwise.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

bigbunn offers a range of gaming products including live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), slot games from JILI and PG Soft, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games. Each game category may have its own specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and payout structures. Players are encouraged to review the rules of each individual game before placing wagers.

General Gameplay Conditions

• All gameplay on bigbunn is subject to the rules established by the relevant game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the records held by bigbunn's server logs and the game provider's system shall be treated as conclusive.
• bigbunn uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves an element of chance and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• bigbunn reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed due to a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• In live casino games, the dealer's and studio's operating rules apply in addition to the bigbunn platform terms.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on bigbunn — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, Premier League, and sabong — are subject to additional sportsbook rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided, postponed, or abandoned will be handled in accordance with bigbunn's sports betting void policy, which will be communicated to the relevant player at the time of resolution.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bigbunn platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age, or on behalf of any person under 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any stage of the KYC process.
• Operating or benefiting from more than one bigbunn account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, technical glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game systems.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine or international law.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including through denial-of-service attacks or injection of malicious code.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the bigbunn Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating an unofficial agency or acting as a payment intermediary for other players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials available on the bigbunn Platform — including but not limited to the bigbunn name and logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — are the exclusive property of bigbunn or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or distribute any content from the Platform.
• Use the bigbunn name, logo, or any other bigbunn trademark without prior written authorisation.
• Publicly display, broadcast, or make commercial use of any Platform content.
• Frame, scrape, or use data mining techniques against any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bigbunn intellectual property may result in immediate legal action. bigbunn actively monitors for trademark infringement, brand misuse, and unauthorised reproduction of its platform assets.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bigbunn, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling or wagering activities.
• Loss of data, account access, or account funds resulting from circumstances beyond bigbunn's reasonable control.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by system maintenance, third-party service providers, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
• Any reliance placed on information or content provided on the Platform.

bigbunn provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bigbunn takes all reasonable steps to ensure availability and accuracy, no warranties — express or implied — are given regarding uninterrupted access, the accuracy of odds, or the completeness of information provided.

10 Responsible Gaming

bigbunn is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across its entire player base in the Philippines. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. The following responsible gaming provisions are a core part of bigbunn's operational framework, not optional features.

Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bigbunn players directly from their account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

bigbunn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bigbunn has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Attempted or confirmed abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and does not hold a positive balance.
• A request by a regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.

Upon account closure for cause (including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation), bigbunn reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — associated with the affected account. In cases where closure is not for cause (such as voluntary closure or inactivity), any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable verification procedures.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players wishing to close their bigbunn account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any positive real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account after KYC is confirmed.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account with bigbunn, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and bigbunn arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting bigbunn support at [email protected]. bigbunn aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of such proceedings.

Notwithstanding the above, bigbunn reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bigbunn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, bigbunn will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, bigbunn will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, via a notice on the Platform or an email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the bigbunn Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].
